XOR5a5 Basic Principles:

I.

1. Anyone may view the website, even by way of using proxy, or Tor, or something suchlike to remain anonymous; for that matter, anyone might elect to subscribe to the newsletter;
2. we do respect your personal data, and we will to the best of our ability to protect the emails of subscribers from leaks;
3. anyone may contact the Project, but most likely will not be responded to;
4. anyone in possession of a code, may (or may elect not to) enter it into the corresponding field; the codes are originally obtained from Artefacts, each code is unique, - irrespective of the 'layer' an Artefact occupies, there is direct transparency.

II.

5. Upon entering the code the following will happen:
   a. It vill be validated against the database;
   b. a code genuinely belonging to the Artefact can only be accepted by the system twice. any following attempt will be ignored;

   c. a reporter will get an email letter with a few questions, not more than three, asking, for example, to specify the town and country where the code was obtained - suchlike; a reporter may elect to answer some questions but not the others, or none at all - this is completely voluntary;
  d. if an Artefact code is entered for the first time, it will become available on the website, perhaps with some commentary or details, as well as text.

III.

6. The Artefacts will be available in three 'layers': a single item, three items, ten sets of ten items;

7. When and if the whole set has been reported and represented on the page, some additional information may or may not be presented.
